No refunds, returns, or exchanges

• All floor samples are inspected and are sold in as-is condition with no warranty.
• ETA is the Estimated Time Of Arrival and not an exact date. ETA is subject to change based on availability, backorders, production delays, logistics/trucking issues, weather, and road conditions, customs issues, and other unforeseen delays. Kids Only Furniture is not responsible for ETA changes and does not offer any compensation for manufacturer ETA changes.
• All products sold by Kids Only Furniture come with 1-year Manufacturer’s Warranty. Kids Only Furniture is a middleman for many manufacturers and is not responsible for manufacturer's defects and/or damages.
• Manufacturer reserves the right to remedy damaged or defective pieces before replacing the damaged or defective pieces. Hairline paint cracking and various natural wood imperfections associated with a solid wood product are not considered as defects and, thus, not covered by Manufacturer's Warranty.
• Warranty-related service calls are subject to additional service fees, which vary based on location and type of service.
• Wood slats are not covered by Manufacturer's Warranty. Kids Only Furniture recommends box spring foundation or bunkie board to be purchased with every bed.
• Lost or misplaced hardware should be requested from the manufacturer and can be subject to additional fees.
• Furniture needs to be aired out a minimum of 30 days and, at times more, depending on room conditions, when the product was manufactured, and the natural wood smell. Kids Only is not responsible for sensitivity and/or allergies to smells and will not be liable.
• Warranty claims have to be filed within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.
• Kids Only Furniture is not responsible for scratches or other types of damages caused by trundles and trundle beds.
• Kids Only Furniture is not responsible for any damages caused by the delivery team during the delivery of furniture inside the house.
• Pick-up hours are Monday-Friday from 10 AM-6 PM. No pick-ups on the weekends. Must call 1 day prior to pick-up to schedule the pick-up of merchandise.
